Pruvic Shipping Policy

Company: Pruvic (“Pruvic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
1. Order Processing
1.1 Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
1.2 Custom or made-to-order 3D printed products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at checkout or by email.
1.3 Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
2.1 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
2.2 Estimated delivery times:
a. Domestic (within [insert primary country]): 3–7 business days.
b. International: 7–21 business days, subject to customs clearance and local carrier policies.
2.3 Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are outside Pruvic’s control.
3. Shipping Locations
3.1 Pruvic currently ships to:
a. Domestic: Canada and The United States
b. International: Worldwide, subject to approval.
3.2 Orders placed for addresses outside supported locations will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
4.1 International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
4.2 Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
4.3 Pruvic is not responsible for delays or refusals of customs clearance.
5. Tracking and Delivery
5.1 All shipments include tracking information, which will be provided to the customer by email once available.
5.2 Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
5.3 PruVic is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Customers should ensure a safe and secure delivery location.
6. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6.2 If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect from customs, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.
6.3 Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs.
7. Modifications
PruVic reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on www.pruvic.com.
